The fees below are in USD, and valid if the Goods and Services are properly classified under the Nice Classification. All Government (USPTO) fees must be paid upfront.
All government fees include Statement of Use (if TM is filed under ‘intent to use’ filing basis). All professional fees include full TM Clearance, namely:
- Comprehensive search on USPTO database
- Filing in 1 Class
- Updating you on all progress
- Responding to Examiner’s communications
- Filing Statement of Use (if necessary) and paying SoU fee
- Sending you electronic Registration TM Certificate via email
